Not getting salary and perks

Dear Sir
Kindly suggest I'm working in a pvt ltd company service provider in health care sector.They appoint me from 01/03/2014 for senior manager international operation medical tourism.First month salary i got in cash after that i don't get salary.The directors told me everytime when bank account is open we will issue a cheque with all dues in one installment till now they will not open a bank account and not issued me salary from april.Today he replied of my mail my fnf period is complete on 15.08.2014 even till today they were not issued notice and also i am not resigned till yet.

Have you got the appointment letter in writing?

Does the appointment letter indicate your pay and perks?

Did you sign any receipt for the amount of salary that you received in cash?

What do you mean by opening of Account? Whether your Account or the Account of the Health Care Company?

If it is yours, why don't you make available your bank account details to them to enable them to credit the amount of salary.

IF it relates to the bank account to be opened by the Company - yes, you have problem.

But in the meanwhile, give the information asked for above.

Thanks for your reply. Account means company of the company.FnF means, full and final payment.but he didn't give me any notice.

I had not signed any receipt for receiving cash.

Bank account of company not opened by employer.Today i had sent mail to director for releas�g my salary if organization is unable to afford me give me full and final account because i can't wait for salary for 3 months.He replied me my Full and final period ends 15/08/2014.As per company rules full and final period 45 days either i resigned or co give me notice but in my case i write today for full and final if company having problem to pay my salary.But directors not think neccessary to
Inform me about my fnf and internally decided for my full and final account.

Yes i have appointment letter but salary and perks not declared on this.No receipt of salary was signed by me.bank account of company not opened yet.
