Non payment of salary and balance dues even after submitting the resignation

Resp Sir,

I am Radha Raman Sir I started working with Orphic Medicare Pvt.Ltd. Lucknow from 8 August 2014 to 01 August 2015.Sir during my tenure with the salary problem remains as it comes late and some times they use to pay bi monthly and seeing no future with this company I left the company on 1 August 2015 and handed the companies property to Company at the office permisses Lucknow, at the time of leaving the company the management is holding the expense for the month of june-15,Salary and expense for the month of july-15 and bouns of with they use to deduct from my salary every month and they say they will settle my account with in 15 days after that they are asking for NOC from their stockists which is not entitled for Managers but i manage for some stockists are under my control.
Resp Sirs i am in need of Money at this point of time pls help me and provide me the proper guidance

Issue legal notice to the co., to recover your salary. If co., failed to pay your salary then file a suit for recovery of salary

Send e-mails, registered notice and after it legal notice to the employer for payment.

Has it demanded NOC from stockist in writing?

NO one be it MR/AM/RM etc is under any kind of liability to obtain NOC from stockist and submit to company.

NO one is given any authority/permission to obtain any cash/kind/stock from stockist.


The dealing of the company with stockist is free from any liability on employees at any level.


You can deny it in gentle tone.


Hope you have the copies of expense statement, acknowledgment of it, and property handed over by you.


You should have highlighted the reason of resignation ( in notice/resignation/subsequent communications) as delay in payment of salary and reimbursements................


You may demand to supply by Redg. Post the acknowledgment of notice/resignation, acceptance, salary slip of each month, explanation of deductions, OT, Correct FnF statement showing adjustment of correct notice period/pay/LTA/Leave encashment/OT/bonus/reimbursements/incentives/Form16 as per correct FnF statement, payment of correct FnF dues,service certificate, relieving letter (with good comments and avoid without or adverse comments), NOC/NDC, handover of charge etc……………………………
