Hello sir
My wife always goes to her mother place in all the festival so this time she didn't turn up to come back and it's been a month and half .
So recently she wanted to come back so we told we are tied of her and this behaviour so we will be calling family meeting including their family and mine and will accept her with terms and conditions.
But mother and her brother along with her bhabhi came up the n my absence and gave words to my mother and when I also reached home they bash up me with the same.
So I called my wife stating that why you sent her mother to my place for fighting.
So my mother in law had lodge a NCR against me stating that I scared her daughter.
Now what should I do, I had never been to police station but they called me for to warn me and took my signature on that ncr paper.
I worked for Airport and ship, but in futher will this NCR will effect my job and career??
Is this end of my career and my life??
In futher will I ever get clearance certificate from police for my job.???
What should I do.
I am very tensed and depressed.
Plz help.

And they did kept on giving bad words till the time they reach ground floor of my building and insulted us in front of my whole building.

As there is no FIR registered against you there is no need to worry. But if your wife goes to police and lodge complaint against you and your parents that can be matter to worry as that domestic violence complaint may lead to FIR under s 498a IPC a congisable offence that may have bad affect on your present job and other job prospects.

Although doubtful, but if it is your real story, you will have to face the consequences, you like or dislike. jab panga liya hai to bhugtana hi padega.

Except a mutual compromise, none else will be a better solution.
