i have to prepared a project report in this respect it would be helpful for me if you post the consequences in all aspects like ecs bounce procedure, 138 NI ACT procedure if we have spdcs etc. summary suit civil cases for reedemption of mortgage we accept only equitable mortgage so how to reconstruct the property, auction sale attachment etc, i want to know everything. Pls share your knowldge it would really helpful for me
