Where can buy nomination form for submission for my flat in a Co operative housing society. Secretary has told to purchase the form from CO operatives federation office. Pls help from where can I collect the form

Secretary has already advised you appropriately. You may contact the federation office by getting address from your own secretary.

Sir my question is where is this federation office? Where can I find the office near to me I am based in Thane? Is this the office of the office of the district deputy registrar?

In Maharashtra these forms are available at Stationery shops, a format is also available in the CHS Act book.

Is there any legal dispute to be opined and advised by experts on this platform with respect to place/shop/office qua availability of "NOMINATION" form???

Probably none of the members on this platform is doing the job of Public Relation Officer.
