I am to state that I am working under Central Govt. Health Scheme as LDC w.e.f. January 2009 under MOHFW, I had been applied for the post of ECRC in the grade pay of Rs. 2800 in RRB Mumbai before joining in Govt. Service. I had appeared in 1st stage exam on October 2008 before joining in Govt. Office and also appeared in 2nd stage exam on October, 2014 after joining service and also intimate my appointing authority that I have to go to appear in 2nd stage exam conduct by RRB Mumbai for higher post. After few months I have finally selected for the post, but my appointing authority refuse to give me No Objection Certificate to appear in certificate verification for the above higher post and I also write to higher authorities to give me NOC but no action has been taken till date. My appointing authority has asked that I have intimated only not asked permission to go to attend above 2nd stage exam. Kindly suggest me how i have been got NOC from my employer.

What is the stage now?.You can get relieved on instructions from higher authorities and also get the services rendered in the present post for counting if no obligation for minimum service.
