As per the ruling of the court, 1 year rigorous imprisonment and seizure of assets. both the things have not taken place. the accused is still enjoying the benefits of the immovable properties i.e. rents and in the meanwhile without any fault on the part of my sister i.e. his daughter in law removed from the house. we are planning to file a case against his son and he is acting as per the tune of father and all his sisters are supporting him. If the ACB is not initiating any action against the court order, you may file seeking a report under RTI on the action taken and then move the high court with a writ or if you want action for cruelties against your sister by her in laws, there are different provisions of law by which they can be booked, consult a local lawyer if your own lawyer is not efficient enough for further advise on the issue.
