Dear Mr. Purushothama Rao,
You have been talking on this subject for more than a year now in this Forum.
Please take it, nobody will come to you for a case.
If you are really serious about the issue, which you should, then better visit CAT at Banglore, take a survey of the Lawyers practising there, watch them for one or two days, make enquiries as to who is effective and experienced, then talk to him, discuss your case, entrust and fight.
Sorry for telling you very straight. I am feeling very sorry for you. But, that will not help, unless you move in the right direction.

My sincere thanks to each one of the experts for their response and advise I had tried on many occassions through LCI data base but i could not get lawyers from Bangalore Actually
i have been desperately trying to get my money back for the past 14 months while i got 60% of my money about an year back balance 40% needs to be invested in ASP'S who are offering around 7% interest against prevailing 9.75% in banks for sr,citizens I had not explored the option of trying in CAT
directly and now i will do that my special thanks to Mr.Anirudh for having understood my plight and giving straight answer and sympathysing with my case I am really very serious in settling my case and having exhausted all options except legal i will look forward for a sr advocate by visiting CAT I once again express my sincere thanks to each and every one who had responded to my quirey
