I live in a planned residential area having two adjoining plots, with my house on one of them. One of the residents living in the neighbourhood bring their dog on a leash everyday to defecate right next to my boundary wall and sometimes near the main entrance. At first i politely requested their son not to allow the dog to poop near out boundary wall. But the next day his parents (husband & wife) came with their dog to make him sit near our wall. I gave them a stern warning this time.
The stench of the dog waste is unbearable and I'm concerned about my health also. I paid a labourer to remove all the dog waste and dispose it off. But these residents continue bringing their dog near my property late at night and early in the mornings to avoid being caught.
If it were a stray dog I would understand but these dog owners literally bring their dog on a leash and create nuisance near my property.
What should I do?
