Na land -green house

I am having NA Land - I want to do green house farming. Can I avail Govt subsidy and other benefits?

While the central government already offers a 25 per cent subsidy for greenhouse development, the Gujarat government is also providing a 50 per cent subsidy for greenhouse structure. Moreover, according to Mr. S. R. Chaudhari, director of horticulture, Gujarat government, cultivators can also avail a six per cent interest subsidy and 25 per cent subsidy on electricity, for five years each.

My query is whether I can do farming? Land is non-agricultural , I am not a farmer. Can I get subsidy if green house is set up?
