Hi,
The facts of the case are in this way in the 2004 four persons were arrested during police raid on a lodge but later the four persons were acquitted, a new magistrate again issued NBW against the persons involved in that case.
DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 24 July 2016
you were not acquitted but the case was lying dormant. It happens in most of criminal cases.

Now the case has come for hearing and so your are issued NBW.

Prepare proper defense during trial to come out of the case.
P. Venu (Expert) 24 July 2016
"but later the four persons were acquitted" Had the trial court pronounced a specific order to this effect?
R.K Nanda (Expert) 24 July 2016
Nothing to add.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 24 July 2016
If orders were pronounced, one can not be prosecuted in same case again.
