My right in my mother room

I am residents in my mother room from 1970 this room are pagdi my mother are dead 2000 in & my father are dead 2002 in after my father dead I pay rent regularly by chq In my wife & me joind saving a/c. Recently are some major problems are there Like that bulging are poor cantion & coman toilet are so ded cantion in time I was thinking I sift in rental room till that bulding repairs. It is rigth way or wrong & my landlord are dead 2014 he have son & wife . Can I do this? & one que. Can me my mother room in commercial activities doing or not plz help us.

DO NOT VACATE THE ROOM UNLESS LANDLORD EXECUTED AGREEMENT TO TO ALLOW YOU SHIFT AGAIN WHEN RECONSTRUCTION IS DONE.

Agreed with the advice Shri Barman. Do not vacate until a written agreement to the effect that you will allowed to come back after repairs etc.
Regarding starting of commercial activities that all depends upon the original agreement.

Thx for all sriji.but sirji here no agreement from landlord & i sift that room are no agreement also in my name & my mother room in i am only residents my wife & kids are only sift rental room till that repair. and this bulding are not repair landlord all tenants are fund vai court permission.

First ask ur owner to transfer rent recipient in ur name though u r paying rent by cheque. Do not shift unless suitable agreement is executed between u n owner to secure ur accommodation

Thx for all Sri. I resding in my mother room at time my 1que.is can I make in my mother room in WC.?. CAN HVE ANY RULES IN BMC ARE GIVEN ME permission without landlord N. O. C.? My mother-in-law also resding with me she more then 60years old. Plz give ur valuable advice?
