It is better that correct position is ascertained from the Registry or through RTI Act.

Ask from your lawyer.

May apply copy of the orders for fine from concerned court.

Go thru court website and check terminology/FAQ if available.

It is apparently stage of case.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 27 September 2017
'Ready board' is a technical term for matters that have reached the stage of trials.

Probably the reason is shortage of judges or high number of cases.
Your own Local lawyer can help you further with 'unready board' case.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 28 September 2017
Local connotation can be clarified from a local lawyer.
