I would like to know wether daughter will get the shop & one house she has right to 1/7 share and how strong is her case . Can i dispose of my property as case is in court.

When the property is in your name, irrespective of the fact that who has purchased it in your name and what are the sources for purchase, you are the absolute owner of the property. You can deal with this property as you wish and nobody can claim the property including your son unless you wish to give them the share. The suit filed by your daughter will not stand. If you have already made Will in the name of your son, he will become absolute owner on your demise. During your life time, even your son also does not have any right over this property.

Very well explained and advised by expert Mr. Malipeddi Jaggarao. I fully agree and appreciate his opinion and advise.
Contact and engage a local lawyer to contest your case, which is on very sound footing, there is very little chance of the suit to be decreed in favour of your daughter.

Rest assured, you daughter has no share in it.
If no injunction order is in place now, you can sell it off.

Your daughter has no share in the property in your name and you can sell/ assign / will/ gift it as per your wish.

Yes, your daughter has no right to claim a share in the property that belong absolutely to you and you have all the rights to dispose it as per your own will and wish even during the pendency of the untenable suit.

Agree with the expert.
