Mutation of land

Sir I want to get mutation of my property but i"m facing such problems because my documents are missing vaaris parmaan patra and i also ask for the document in teh. but they have not the record of last years . Sir Please suggest me any way to solve the problem.

You can apply for legal heir ship certificate afresh, with that as well as after obtaining registration copy of the document from the registrar's office, you may apply for mutation of revenue records with the Tahsildar Office.
