My claim case of motor accident is pending with CSTC (Calcutta State Transport Corporation) since 2000 after the degree is approved by lower court. CSTC have filed an objection with the High Court and we have also filed a cross objection in the year 2000.
Since then the case is pending.

You can pray the court orally or in wring to expedite the case or speedy disposal of case as under Art 21of constitution of India right to speedy trial is right to life and personal liberty. Seedy trial is included n right to life and personal liberty. which is a Fundamental right.
