As far as I know, The Pleading and drafting is taught in third year of law or in five year course it is certain that it is not a subject of first year.

I do not understand how you can be expected to draft a plaint by your teachers?

By now, you are only confined to the law of contract and its provisions. The question is very simple that what happens in case of non performance of a contract and for an answer, please go through sections 72,73 and 74 and find yourself a way out.
