What is actual dispute.
Evidence even if acquired thru illegal means remains evidence.

Court can ask for call recording from telecom operator too.

Since the matter is already before the court as an evidence, has the court admitted it as an evidence?if yes, then what else is your query, if no, what was the reason the court rejected the evidence. When a matter is still subjudice, do not hurry up to ask opinion from experts or any source, have control over your curiosity and watch the court proceedings and the developments patiently until the outcome is known.
