Misusing of 498A n DP 3/4

Dear Experts,
Last month two cases( kidnap and theft )filed in different police station on my wife n her parents in my matter. They took bail in court.After 1 month she filed case in her hometown 498A n DP 3/4 act.
Here police directly registered FIR on me and my family members without any notice or call. Now she demanding for divorce,maintenance and withdrawal of 2 cases i.e.. kidnap and theft.
How to proceed with this case?
Note: From the day 1 we are staying separately ( Not Joint Family ).

Compromise by amicable settlement. Withdraw all criminal cases filled against each other, settle the issue of one time permanent alimony and maintenance, child custody and visitation, child maintenance, return of absolute properties of wife, dowry articles etc. , go in for divorce by mutual consent and move ahead in your life.

Seems to be a case of tit for tat.
By the way, how you can say with surety about misuse of the sections without proper investigation and trial in the court of law?

There are two simple options for you, (1) simple, peaceful and economic option of compromise, as advised by Shri Vijay Raj Mahajan, or (2) Costly, problematic and tiresome option of fighting the case by hiring services of some local lawyer. CHOICE IS YOURS.

I can opt for one time settlement @ financially, moreover she playing games to project her family members, unnecessary our daughter ll get suffer & my family life.
