This being Commercial Query...
Abhinaya (Querist) 29 July 2014
In absence of any specific provisions and apropos practical solution this query was raised.

Nonetheless my presumption is "Minor can attend and note through his/her guardian"

Thank you experts for participation.

What is the problem write that , we are ready to present our view on those query
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate Online (Expert) 31 July 2014
If the minor's interest can betaken care of by its guardian, there is no problem, but you have stated in your first post that the minors themselves are likely to attend the meeting and can it be called a quorum, thus your query has been rightly observed as an academic query for which no reply will be given.
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 31 July 2014
Nothing more to add, very well advised, now it is your turn to proceed. However, minor being incompetant to contract, cannot attend meeting and take decision, hence, take some alternate route, for which you are fully aware.
Engage a local lawyer to help you.

I think the author is testing the IQ of the experts by posting this query.

A minor can not be a director of a company. The rest of the query is illogical.
