sir
as per my father will property one share is in name of my elder brother minor son.
we are planning to sale the property
we are approaching the court to get the permission.
what are the necessary documents. required to file petition.
is it compulsory agreement of sale before filing pettion.
or we can file with out agreement. and providing affidavit to court sale proceeds will be deposited in the name of minor before court.
please clarify.

Seek permission of the Court of jurisdiction to sell the property owned by minor through a local lawyer.
In case your elder brother is a minor, as stated by you, it is obvious that you are also minor, isn't it? If so, where are your parents/elders? You are so matured to post such query on this platform?
