sir.. I'm Ravi.. I did mistake.. I was married 17years girl but she was my relations.. my wife parents against me
so they are forced took home my wife.. now I can't able file any case against them. my wife doesn't like to go with her parents.. but force her and took them.. I have marriage photo... may I file case against her parents after she getting major.. please give guide me.. because I can't able to live without her please sir... we want join together

Yes, you can file case of kidnapping against them. You can file writ petition in high court in the form of habeus corpus.
Do not worry , getting a minor married is small offence but try hard to get back your wife.

you should have taken help of someone who know English.
anyway your broken and incorrect English communicated that you have done series of crimes. Her parents probably took mercy on you being relative and you are out of Jail.
you have to now provoke them to file non=bailable case(s) against you by troubling them when she is 18+.
you cannot live without her out of jail but still in jail she will not be with you.

Further you have to realise that
(i) you are not legally married to her.
(ii) the photo you are carrying is a good evidence against you.
(iii) You a guilty of child marriage
(iv) you have kidnapped a minor girl as she is not legally married and you took her away from lawful guardians.
(v) you have induced a minor girl to have sex with your (or even attempted this crime) by making her to believe that she is legally married to you. This fulfills the charge of rape (or atleast attempt thereof)
(vi) the priest who conducted marriage is a cheated party as you induced him to conduct ceremony by hiding the fact that she is minor. [he has no choice but to depose so because if he claims that he knew she is minor he also goes to jail]
(viii) all your friends are relative who attended this marriage or helped /encouraged you in this crime are liable to go to Jail.

You also have to realise that the said girl when called in thana or court will speak against you like a parrot and corroborate all sorts of charges against you.

It is just irrelevant if she becomes major after suffering crime by you. Her mere becoming major does not matter. She has to stand before court and say that she now accepts the said marriage. But when she goes in court she will be worst witness against you.

The girl being your relative and their parents cannot hold her for a long time, just wait for the time to pass which will certainly have an answer in your favor provided the girl is string enough and stands by you in all the critical moments. You keep convincing her parents through some strong sources to accept your marriage binding on her, this may help you solve the problem to some extent. Dont lose your heart. This is not a heinous crime and also there is nothing wrong in loving a person who loves you. Put your efforts till you succeed.

It is certainly a crime to marry a minor girl.
It is a heinous crime to take minor girl from custody of parents and make her to believe that she is your wife.
It is a heinous crime (or attempt) if you make a woman to believe to be legally wedded wife have sex with her. It falls within meaning of rape.
Better do not provoke them and do not contact them directly or indirectly and never come in their way.
That girl is potential witness against you if matter goes to police.
