Hello. ..my name is Alka. .meri shadi 28th April 2016 Ko huyi thi. ..shadi ke baad mujhe mere Pati ne as a wife accept nahi Kiya. ..mere sari jewellery le li gayi. ..aur Mujhe Har tarah se pares Haan Kiya gaya. ..mere Pati ne mere saath koiPati Patni wala relationship nahi banaya. ...jabki yeh shadi puri razamandi se huyi thi. ..kya main apne Pati par maanhaani Ka dawa Kar sakti hoon?

What for you were tolerating such behaviour of your husband for about 11 months?
Did you inform your in-laws and parents? If no, why? If yes, what was their action/ reaction?
Before restoring any legal action, find out amicable settlement with the intervention of elders, relatives and acquaintances.

Sir mere Ghar wale bhi baat kar chuke hain. ..aur Maine bhi apne husband ki complain ki thi women power line par. ..aaj ki date mein mere liye sabse bada sawaal yehi hai ki unhone mujhse shadi kyu ki. ..please mujhe batayeye ki kya karna chahiye. ..main apne liye justice chahti hoon. .

madam.. Is case main Maanhani ka case nahi banta. Lekin aap ke liye bahot sare tarike hai unpe case karne ke. Aap Domestic violence ka case kar sakti hai ya even section 498a (IPC) ke tahat bhi police main complaint darj kar sakte hai. Ho sake toh kisi lawyer ki help le lo.

if you want to get rid of your marriage first talk to your parents and if they agree leave the house of husband. Try to be financially independent and start proceedings under Dv Act ,125 ipc etc. If in any case your husband files a suit for divorce at any stage agree for a consented divorce and one time alimony but first claim all the Stri dhan and expense incurred in marreage.

As already suggested by Mr. Rajeev Sharma: claim all the Stri dhan and expense incurred in marriage, permanent alimony and liberate yourself.
MCD can be quick and easy.
During the interim period settle yourself in career and become financially independent.

You can lodge complaint of dowry harassment , domestic violence and maintenance. These cases can be filed at your parents place.
