Mental harassment at workplace

Hello, My team of 6-7 people facing mental harassment due to one of reporting authority.No one is daring to complaint as the person is closely associated with a political party.He threatens to use power to throw everyone out of company and also harm them personally.I feel bad for everyone.Need some help what should we do?

Most of the employees face such politics in offices. Try to have good relations with immediate boss to pass peaceful time in the service.

We want peaceful relations but he is not bothered about the same and constantly harasses team members.Is there any provision in law to stop this harassment.

Sufficient provisions in law is there, but you would not be able to afford both, the cost of the case as well as termination from post by earning enmity with your bosses having political support also. Moreover, in order to save their jobs, even your team colleagues will not come forward to your support.

So, the peaceful solution for you is to switch over to some other job by resigning from the present post before the management throws you out.
