my parents r aware of my situation we went to my in laws place to sort out the issues but after going there they insulted me and my family badly without listening a word from us and his sis mother n father they dnt behave properly wid me even my husband is d same and i m a lawyer by profession bt as of nw i m nt workin....after engagement they behaved vry sweetly wid me bt nw its totally opp and i dnt intend to go bck to my inlaws place as they r least bothered abt me and indirectly they r asking me to quit frm there house n even they dnt support me morally or financially...i tried my bst bt they dnt respond n asked me to stay at my parents place fr six months n it has been more 20 days tht i m at my parents place...they evn harras my family members..six month running...

file DV case . claim right to stay in matrimonial home or alternative accommodation . in addition see maintenance and other reliefs

Try to have amicable solution with the help of elders and common family friends.
If no result consult a local lawyer and proceed legally.
Better wait for one more month.
