Yeah!for all practical purposes Marriage is cancelled. you need to pay her Alimony and stridhan and custody of children below five years.You are entitled to visitation rights.
If wife Is gainfully employed you need not pay alimony to her. But to your children you'll have TO PAY MAINTENANCE FOR THERE UPKEEP SO LONG THEY ARE IN CUSTODY OF YOUR WIFE OR THEREAFTER ALSO IF YOU GAIN CUSTODY OF YOUR CHILDREN till they become 21 years old.
