I have filed Form 61 with ROC on 14/09/2012, i dint get any confirmation mail regarding approval of the form.... Any one know what sweet time does ROC takes to approve Form 61? I guess within 21 days of date of filing of form i have to file annual returns... m i correct?

Under the MCA21 e governance programme set up by the Ministry of Company Affairs, you are expected to submit your application through the Facilitation Centers / Physical Front Offices established by the Govt where no charges are payable for the services rendered. There are also Certified Filing Centers (CFC) for the purpose. You have to submit the relevant application along with the supporting documents at the above centers which they will verify and then send to ROC. If u have not followed the above procedure, you may not get any approval from the ROC.
