Matrimonial transfer case haryana to delhi

please advise me that i am widow lady & have two kids 7-5 yrs old, my family arrange second marriage a divorcee man, he live in panipat, & file a case on me on panipat, I m unable to go panipat, for safety & money problem, CAN tranfer this case to delhi court, i hv no knowledge in this matter???

What case is filed against you, probably DIVORCE.

Settle it among your selves , you may get good ALIMONY or regular maintenance.

You can approach a supreme court lawyer and can negotiate the fee details with him.

my husband filed a case under petition u/s 9 & blame me that i withdrawn the society without any reason, but i hv sufficient reason,withdraw the society. what i can do??its necessary for visit for first hearing... because more 2 distance..panipat to my house... & have two kids... can i demand from court that my husband pay the total exp. & security in transit time.
