Married to undivorced female

The family son has married a Doctor female who has not divorced her earlier husband in proper legal court but is done on 100 Rs stamp Paper with 2 witnesses and a notary.Now this lady is making present husbands life worse forcing him to part with his finances and property to her.
What should be the way to proceed to get rid of her?
Please do help as Husband is on verge of breakdown even commit suicide.

marriage during subsistence of earlier marriage is void . divorce decree obtained on Rs 100 stamp paper has no value . divorce has to be obtained from courts .

husband can make application for anullment of marriage under section 12 of HMA

This marriage is null and void. Ask him to immediately ti file a suit fir nullity of marriage. Without decree of court no paper work can dissolve a marriage.
