Marriage bureau

Dear Professionals,

I am planning to start my own marriage bureau ( match making Firm )at Mumbai but I am not aware about the registration procedure like where to register,whom to approach & whats the procedure.

Need your help on this.

you contact sub register office or regional register office. they will guide or engaged lawyer.

Other than the various local and state business licenses that every business must purchase regardless of type of ownership, no legal formalities are required to start or operate the business.

YOU CAN NOT ESCAPE FROM SHOP REGISTRATION AS PER LAW IN MAHARASHTRA,LET OTHERS SAY ANY THING.
ONLY YOUR BUREAU SHALL NOT REQUIRE ANY LICENSE AS ALREADY TOLD BY ME.

Respected Prabhakar Sir,

Initially,I will start it from my own home & see the level of respose from people & then I will take small shop for further expansion on basis of profitability.

So,at initial stage i.e. while operating from home,shop registartion is apllicable or I can go ahead without undergoing any legal formalities..pls advise.
