Marking of lien by mutual funds

If an investor of a mutual fund requests to mark a normal lien and the financier requests for a dynamic lien, which one should the mutual fund act upon

impacts are different indeed, so investor should ensure his normal lien only, you should convince the financier there is no need for dynamic lien is prudence

I am a neutral person neither the investor nor the financier. Only academic knowledge seeker. If I mark a dynamic lien as a mutual fund house what is the impact?

I wonder, if you are really a student of finance, if you don't know what is "commercial".

I would like to ask you, if the experts do not prefer to respond to an academic query the reply to which attracts a number of supplementary questions by the querists, but frequesntly respond to provide free of cost solutions to majority of querists with various personal problems, how you consider that as commercial?
