Dear Experts,
I have been arraigned as one of the accused in a chargesheet filed by ACB and the trial is to start soon.
As against the prosecution witnesses/documents,i want to mark some documents( received thru RTI)as defense exhibits.
(Some of the PWs are the makers of these RTI documents and i want to get them admissible in court by getting it approved by these makers (PWs) of the RTI replies.)
Hence,At what stage ,these defense exhibits to be marked ?
1)At the commencement of trial, subsequent to framing of charges?
2)or during the cross examination, thereby countering the prosecution witnesses?
3)or during the statement of accused vide 313 CRPC?
4)or through defense witnesses ? (i intend not to lead any defense witnesses though)
kindly give your advice for which i will be ever grateful to www.lawyersclubindia.com
Thanking you

It can be marked through the prosecution witness if the same witness is reliable to that particular documentary evidence, during the cross examination or it may be marked at the time of defence evidence.

Why are you spreading facts on different pages. You gain nothing out of it rather run the peril of getting wrong advise based on half facts.
