Maintenance from army pension

I am army pensioner my wife is leaving in adultery and the family court has ordered me to pay maintenance to my wife from my pension. Sir can a wife get maintenance from pension during life time of a army person.

Unless adultery is proved legally, you are liable to pay her maintenance charges out of your income, may be your pension or other.

It is maintenance to be provided not family pension.

Prove the adultery before the court and prey for discontinuing of the maintenance / divorce.
