Sir,
I have a query related with my maintenance case against husbnd.my name is jagjit,i have a baby girl of one year.my husbnd income is 4.40 lks per annual.how much amount will be ordered by court to me and my baby.

Irrespective of his Income you could Claim for any amount.Let the Court Decide.Consult your Advocate.

It may be between 1/5 th to 1/3 rd of pay after deducting statutory deductions subject to court satisfaction on many other related points.
