Sr my wife is B.Com, Iam paying her maintenance since last one year, but now I hv come to know SC guidelines that educated wife not elligible for maint,can I chellenge maint order

Since you are having two children (as mentioned in previous query), you have to pay maintenance for them. You can not stop maintenance without court orders.

As Adv Goyal has responded,I would like to put in my views.
U have to pay maintenance for UR children,apart from that if UR wife's income is less than 1/3rd of UR income,U have to pay to the extent of that difference.
