how long civil matters go on. It is suspected that each time the case is listed, the opposite party tries to bring influence by bribe or inducement to lower level officials and shifts the case to another date. Can this go on indefinitely.

may seem stranger than fiction but its a fact. The ousted secretary is using up the swindled funds to mount one case upon another in various forums,knowing fully well that he may be get defeated,but he has engaged a very senior lawyer who has assured him success using every available avenue.former secy has filed a civil case in capacity of secretary against members, registrar, sub registrar, administrator. He has also filed for same cause case in High court though everyone knows for same cause in different forums. Now the question is unfortunately, the civil court has accepted the case and dates are being given for many months. we suspect he must be managing with the listing clerks or the officials so that case keeps on dragging. question is how long can the legal system allow such dragging.
