Mact

(Querist) 01 August 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hello Sir,

I am Shravan and my query is about Motor Act Claims Tribunal. My 35 years old uncle who was an Army Personnel met with an accident with a truck and died on 7/7/2014. He left his parents, wife and two sons 8yrs and 4 years old. Parents were not dependent because my grandfather is a retired Professor. In this case what amount of compensation can be claimed by his core family. If we can get the contact details of any MACT lawyer from Bihar then it would be really helpful for us.
Please Reply!!

To calculate the claim a well set formula is given by the supreme court of India , you can caculate it if you know the exact age of the deceased , rank , possibilities of further promotion , year of service left , salary of the deceased , no.of dependents , multiplier , loss of consortium , loss to estate , loss of love and affection , funeral charges etc ......all these points to be kept in the mind and then the claim is calculated , you can visit the MACT court of your district and talk to some lawyers or enquire there for a good mact lawyer for your case talk to him if you satisfy with him select him for your case .
