Dear Experts,
HC Madurai First appeal judgment came again favour of my brother in civil land partition case one month before. Hence, 1). may I file LPA same H.C now? 2). May I know the next step after the LPA? . I would expect your kind advice in my query.

Letters Patent Appeal has to be filed before the division bench of HC within 30 days under clause X of the letters patent.But it may be allowed only on merits.

What next after filing LPA will depend on the court which is wanting to take the case on file or not.
Thus, you can hang on your advocate who shall be the proper person to answer such questions which involves practical situation.
