Licenses for opening food outlet

Dear Sir,

We need details about various licenses required for a new food outlet into a municipality area within west Bengal.
We are planing to open a food outlet like Silver Chimney/Fizza hut/dominos.

Please help.

Trade License, Registration under shop and establishment act, fire department clearance etc are basic need before opening such outlets in Kolkata.

Proper constitution of the owners (i.e. partnership, proprietorship, LLP or company.), Tax licenses (VAT, TIN No. etc). Shop and establishment registration, Municipal license, Fire department clearance are basic need. Consult local consultant for other formalities.

To add up Service Tax Registration with Central Excise Department is also a requirement.
