Liability of committee members for soc. under redevelopment

SIR,
IF ANY COMITTEE MEMBER OF THE SOCIETY UNDER REDEVELOPMENT MISGUIDE/PROVIDE ANY FALSE INFORMATION/OR DO NOT CO-OPERATE TO THE OTHER MEMBERS OF THE SOCIETY OR COMMITT ANY WRONG PROMISES, WHAT LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM ?

Dear Mr. Rajesh Trivedi,

1. You can sere a legal notice in the first instance and then file a civil suit seeking injunction against such member as to restrain him from interfering from the common objectives of all other members.
