a legal metrology officer had visited our premises he has booked us for contravention of certain mis declaration/ non declaration of specification required on the products like mrp, weight, customer care and packing date....he has confiscated such goods and took away it now what will be procedure to get the goods back and how will we have to proceed to get out of it???
he has asked for invoice of all the goods he has confiscated???

Confiscated goods can be claimed only after judgment of the case, if filed and cleared under the Legal Metrology Act by the comptent authority.
