It is very easy to get such certificate. You have to make an application supported with an affidavit and death certificate of your son to your nearest collector who after due enquiry regarding confirmation about the legal heirs of deceased shall issue the desired certificate within 2-3 days of moving of such application. You may also engage a junior lawyer for this purpose so that he may help you practically in moving here and there.
