After the death of male member in the family followed by his wife and children, who can get the Legal Heir Certificate?

Also what is the procedure to get the Legal Heir Certificate and cost involved. Pleas help.

Was totally unaware of the term "Legal Heir Certificate". Referred the previous blogs and got an insight of the topic.

Currently I had to guide my cousin from native in Maharashtra for obtaining the legal heir certificate for getting the grand released from PMNRF.
If further stuck up will definitely seek your guidance. Thanks a ton for the queries responded previously.
