Landlord and tanent

My case is that, I am landlord, I filed the suit for eviction for question in Shop against tanent and the concurrent finding of the court below is in my favor now second appeal has been preferred tanent against me/ landlord , during pandency of the appeal tanent / appellant vacated the Shop due to collapse the wall, ruff of the Shop but case is running and stay order is got in favor of tanent , in the above situation can appel run when tanent has opened the Shop in other place in own land

Collapse of side wall is not matter. Is he paying rent regularly? If not you can inform the court for further action.

Why did you not approach your lawyer who is very well acquainted with facts of the case, knowledgeable, competent, able and intelligent enough to help you?
When the tenant has vacated the shop as stated by you, inform the Court and get necessary orders accordingly.
