Land dispute

(Querist) 24 July 2014 This query is : Resolved 
We are residence of Mhada bld in mumbai.This is a Land dispute between one Develope VS-(15 PARTIES)Local MLA/MHADA/BMC/Collector of mumbai etc.

Developer filed a writ petition in 2012 and this month because of consent terms between developer/MLA/RESIEDENCE case been disposed.
The details of order given below.we would like to know effect of this order to residence of mhada buidling(khapridev sadan-parel-tank rd-33).

1. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the consent
terms which are only between the Petitioners and Respondent Nos.6
and 15. The consent terms are merely taken on record and marked
“X” for identification. It is expressly clarified that the same does not
affect the rights of any other parties in any manner whatsoever. The
parties shall take any action entirely at their risk and responsibility.
This order does not compel the parties to do anything. Any action
taken must only be in accordance with law and only after obtaining
the permissions from the concerned authorities, if necessary.
