Can I take loan against my native land that is 100 years old , but I have only udr register , rsr copy , chitta, adangal,can ?

Only the lending bank or financial institution can reply your question depending upon their home loan policies.

The question is not whether you can take loan on the said land, with available details. The question is whether there is any lender ready to give you the Loan?
If the lender is ready, then why you ask this question?

My question is lender asking sale dead and mother document for above land, but I have only CHITTA ,ADANGAL, R.S.R COPY , bcoz that is native land ,more than 70 years old ,there was British rule so I have no both documents , so I need legal advice

That exactly is the point. The documents which indicated are not sufficient.
Instead of telling the facts and real problem faced by you, you thought you are smart in putting the query in the way in which you put it.
Now the cat is out of the bag!
You have to get in touch with your local lawyers and find out as to how to get proper documentation for your property.

Thanks sir...I forgot to say ..I apply for abroad education loan ,my intake on mid July ...so many banks refused to offer.
I have agricultural land with documents, but they deny me . .I have above resdential land only .
