Lodge complaint with local labour commissioner.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 25 October 2014
The injured person can lodge FIR if the owners were negligent.

In private sector you can not claim facilities like public sector. However, you may lodge complaint with labour department. You can get it done through some NGO if the labour laws are overlooked.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 25 October 2014
you can submit complaint to Labour Commissioner.

The basic amenities that are to be provided e.g. accident ,medical aid, cleanliness etc are stated in various enactments applicable to the establishment e.g.

Model Standing Orders

(Name of the state) Shops and Commercial Establishments Act..................If your establishment is covered by this Act Inspector appointed under this Act can be approached...........
and also the authority that inspects the building and its maintenance..............

PF: Report thru RPFC in nearest PF office........

You are not with a sensible and good employer...............Think of a change.

Your PF deduction is not reflected on salary slip. Whether it is being deposited in EPFO
Dr J C Vashista (Expert) 26 October 2014
I agree with the experts advise Lodge FIR for negligence of employer and complaint before RPFC.

In such ciircumstances seriously consider to change employer/job.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 27 October 2014
I support the view of expert Dr.Vashista that you leave the job.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 27 October 2014
It is not advisable to continue to be employed under such unfit working atmosphere, better look for another job equipped with basic amenities.
