Jurisdiction in filing ep

Hi Members!
I've a Arbitration Award passed in Chennai, TN for value of Rs.2Cr.to be recovered from Judgement Debtor (JD). JD residing in Bhubaneswar. Kindly share the details of the Court having jurisdiction to file the EP against the Arbitration Award and the quantum of Court fees to be be paid. Thanks in advance.

Anthony ji U need to confirm at district court of Bhubaneshwar for execution proceeding.

Registrar of court will inform you about the court fee to be paid for it.

Whether the arbitrator's award has become Court Order? If so, file EP in the same court and get it transferred to District Judge Bhubaneshawar for execution.
