not understood what you mean.
ajay sethi (Expert) 24 April 2014
once gift deed is made by your father in your favour and it is duly stamped and registered you became absolute owner of property . your father cannot now cancel the gift deed as title to property has passed in your favour
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 24 April 2014
Is there any condition imposed in that Gift deed?

Devajyoti Barman (Expert) 24 April 2014
gift once made can not be cancelled though the same can be declared as null and void by decree of court if it could be proved that the same was executed by the donor under fraud or coercion.

Thanks a lot for ur valuable time and advice.

No condition imposed either in the GIFT DEED , RECTIFICATION,/ CONFIRMATION DEED.

1. GIFT DEED EXCUTED IN 2011
2. RECTIFICATION DEED IN 2014 ( For date mistake, boundry mistake )
3. CONFIRMATION /RATIFICATION DEED DONE IN 2014 (To confirm the gift and rectification)
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 24 April 2014
As per the information provided by you, the gift deed is absolute and it can not be cancelled.

Even if there is any strong grounds, The Principal can set aside the gift deed, only through civil court.

Agree with the expert Advocate Arunagiri ji, in the given facts.
R.V.RAO (Expert) 25 April 2014
the gift deed already registered can not be cancelled now ,even by your father.if he wants to cancel it now, only a competent court of law can set aside the same.
court also cannot arbitrarily cancel the gift deed, unless satisfied by the grounds of cancellation by the donor.
malipeddi jaggarao (Expert) 25 April 2014
Agreed with expert Shri Arunagiri.
K.K.Ganguly (Expert) 25 April 2014
1. If there is no condition attached to the said registered Gift Deed, it can not be cancelled by your father,

2. Ignore your sister's threats in this regard.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate Online (Expert) 26 April 2014
Rightly advised by everyone above. The misunderstandings and other developments in the family will keep rising for the reasons universally known, so as far as the property is concerned there is nothing to be bothered about especially in the light of your sister's false alarms.
