Is cop mandatory for membership of bar association of court

If got registered in Delhi Bar Council but AIB exam not yet Clear then is it possible to get the Membership of Any Court if yet is it same for District Court and High Court?

Be clear and specific.
Bar Council of Delhi shall not enroll a candidate till AIB exam is not clear.
Membership of which court do you intend to get obtain without getting enrolled with BCD?

Enrollment in Bar Council is different and Certificate to Practice is different.

Certificate to Practice would be issued by concerned Bar Council only after getting thro the Bar Council Exam and enrollment could be done prior to that

The trend has change under the Advocates Act, and now enrollment in State Bar Council is a step towards obtaining certificate of Practice from the Bar Council of India after passing out AIBE.
